Privacy

Last updated 30 June 2026.

Short version: we don't track you across the web — no ad-tech pixels, no third-party cookies, no cross-site profiling. We keep cookieless, first-party analytics (an anonymous, daily-rotating visit count and form interactions) to see whether the site works — that's it. If — and only if — you accept the consent banner, we also load Loupe, our own self-hosted session replay (so we can see where the page confuses people); it masks everything you type, sets no third-party cookies, and the recordings stay on our own servers, and — again only with consent — we compute a device fingerprint to recognise return visits. The contact form is protected by an anti-spam check.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form on the home page: your name, work email, optional company, and the message you choose to send. It's POSTed to our own API at api.noogoo.ch and stored so we can reply. If your URL contained UTM parameters (e.g. ?utm_source=…), those are attached to the lead for attribution. We also record anonymous, cookieless usage events — page views, which form fields you focus, and the country derived from your IP address — to understand how the page performs; these are not linked to your identity. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam, so Cloudflare processes your IP address to serve and protect the page (we do not store your raw IP).

How we count visits

Even before you choose, we count this visit anonymously and without cookies: at our Cloudflare edge we derive a privacy-preserving identifier from your IP address and browser that rotates every 24 hours. We never store your IP address, and the identifier can't be linked across days or back to you. We also classify each visit as human or automated (bots and crawlers) for security and traffic quality — this doesn't identify you. If you accept the consent banner, we additionally compute a device fingerprint in your browser so we can recognise return visits; it runs only with your consent, never if you decline, and is never stored on your device or shared. Decline, and only the anonymous count and bot classification apply.

What we don't collect

What's stored on your device

A localStorage entry called paceline.lang (your language, en or ru) and a sessionStorage id pl_sid for the cookieless analytics (gone when you close the tab). Neither is an HTTP cookie set by us; you can wipe them from your browser any time.

Third parties on this page

Your rights

You can ask us to delete or export anything we have on you — that means the lead you submitted plus any email threads. We'll do it. Reach out via any email we've sent you, or book a call via the link on the home page.

Changes

If this page changes materially — say we add an analytics tool — we'll bump the date at the top and call it out. No silent edits.
